Suitable for the largest industrial cylinders and if they are not secured against a wall or frame with chains then you really do require one of these. Ideal for moving a pair of cylinders around the workshop safely without undoing regulators and hoses etc.
Cylinder designations by BOC are "W" for the Oxygen and "E" for the Propane. Air Products desgnate their Oxygen as X47S and the Propane can be X108 which equates to a 47Kg Propane Cylinder.
