The portable, compact and powerful, high-vacuum extraction unit FES-200 captures in combination with fume extraction torches welding fumes directly and effectively at the source, protecting both the welder and the environment from harmful particles.

The FES-200 units come standard with an auto start-stop function and operate only when the operator is actively welding. This minimizes unnecessary noise, reduces energy consumption, and increases the service life of the motor by up to 5 times compared to similar systems.

This unit is available in either 110 or 240v which should be specified at time of ordering. The FES200 can be used with a variety of fume on gun torches but this model is supplied with a Binzel RAB36 4m gun which is rated at 270Amps at 60% Duty Cycle.

Fume on gun torches offer a smart solution for ducting harmful weld fume away from the operator.
