Hypertherm Powermax 30 Air Plasma Cutting Machine
Professional-grade Hypertherm Powermax 30 Air plasma system with internal air compressor for high portability and easy metal cutting. The Hypertherm Powermax 30 has a maximum recommended cut of 10mm.
This is we think conservative even by their standards. They rate it to 16mm on a severance cut which is a rough cut but in tests we achieved tidy cuts on 14mm mild steel at an acceptable speed, not fast but not watching paint dry.
This has to be a ground breaker not just for Hypertherm but for plasma cutting. A plasma cutter with a built-in compressor weighing in at just 13.5kgs cutting up to 16mm, capable of working off a 13A plug or even 110v if required.
