Probably the best known electrode available in the UK, the famous pink flux renders it instantly recognizable. It is widely used throughout industry & is virtually standard issue for ship build & repair. However all that does not mean it is a first choice for all applications. It is a great electrode to use once you are familiar with its short arc action but it is not a touch electrode so not to be recommended for the occasional welder.

Suitable for horizontal, vertical & overhead welding of mild steel plate & pipe. It carries a full range of approvals & is available in diameters 2.0 to 6.0mm.
