The gas economiser fits into any oxy/acetylene system and a lever action will cut off the supply of gas when the torch is placed on the arm. A small pilot light is maintained and when the torch is removed from the lever arm gas flow is recommenced and the pilot light is used to relight the gun.

Handy for operators doing a lot of stop/start welding or brazing applications.
